Patient Policy

HIPAA is the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. The Privacy Rule governs how we treat and protect all patient information.
The Notice of Privacy Practices is a legal document that says how the medical practice will protect the individual's privacy. Entira Family Clinics posts this privacy notice and provides it to each individual.
