Behavioral Medicine/Mental Health care

Our providers take care of the whole person including behavioral medicine and mental health. We offer care and treatment for patients with depression, anxiety, and many other behavioral problems, whether acute or chronic.We participate in Depression Care Management, whereby patients with depression stay in frequent contact with a care manager, who teams with the provider to coordinate care. Care Managers help patients change their behaviors so they can get back to doing things they enjoy. This approach to treatment achieves remission rates from the symptoms of depression 6-10 times more frequently than usual care. 

Four of our clinics also offer on-site appointments with psychologists from MidWest Center for Personal Development. This arrangement provides our patients better, and more convenient, access to mental health counselors, as well as improved communication between your provider and therapist.
