After Hours Care at Our North St. Paul Clinic
Entira Family Clinics offers After Hours Care (AHC) Clinic at our North St. Paul location. Our AHC Clinic is staffed by our own primary care providers, offering you quality, acute care. If you need additional care following your AHC appointment, our staff will assist you with this and help you schedule these appointments. In addition, your primary care provider will continue to monitor and coordinate your care in this situation.
- Our AHC Clinic addresses acute illnesses and injuries that require immediate medical attention and cannot wait until regular office hours at our primary care clinics. Some acute symptoms 7 days or less:
- Sore Throat
- Cough
- Ear Pain
- Fever
- UTI
- Sinus Infection/Congestion
- Pink Eye
- Rash
- Acute Injury
- Lacerations (cuts)
- Animal Bites/Scratches
- Insect Bites (ticks, spider & etc.)
- Our AHC Clinic is NOT an emergency medical facility. Call 911 for any life-threatening situations.
- For your AHC needs, please contact us:
- Monday – Friday: Appointment lines open at 3pm; 651-788-4444, option 2
- Saturday and Sunday: Appointment lines open at 8am; 651-788-4444, option 1
- If our After Hour Care Clinic is closed, you will be directed to our on-call service to reach our on-call physician.
- If a physician has not contacted you within 20 minutes of your call, please call us back so we can be attentive to your medication needs
What We Don’t Handle
- Routine Medication Refills, including chronic pain medication
- Well Child Checks
- Annual Exams
- Chronis Pain Management
- Routine Medical Visits (diabetic checks, medication checks, etc.)
- INRs (Anticoagulant Management)
- Hospital or ER/UR Follow Ups
We are currently only offering After Hours Care at our North St. Paul location.
For life threatening issues, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.

Do you take walk-in appointments?
No, we are by appointment only. Please contact our scheduling department at 651-788-4444 to schedule an appointment.
What can I be seen for?
Our After Hours Care Clinic is for your acute care needs that have been going on for less than 8 days: sore throat, cough, fever, urinary symptoms & etc. We are not an Urgent Care and do not have the ability to provide any IV fluids.
Is it a Doctor or PA/NP working?
All of our Entira providers rotate though our After Hours Care Clinic.
Do you have imaging available?
Not on site, but if your provider determines imaging is necessary for your care, we will assist you with an appropriate referral.
Will the doctor/provider provide me with medication?
Yes, for your AHC visit reason, but they do not refill routine medications, including pain medications.
