My philosophy is to provide my patients and their families with all of the options they need to live the life they want. Whether it’s preventative visits, well-child checks, or addressing acute concerns, I aim to offer the most up-to-date and evidence-based treatments for the whole family. I understand that navigating the world of medicine can feel confusing and burdensome, and my goal is to approach each patient with empathy and flexibility to help them achieve their health goals.
I’m thrilled to join the Vadnais Heights team as a first-year family medicine physician. What sets Entira apart is the people—working with patients, staff, and leadership creates an environment of care and collaboration that I believe is truly unique.
I have a particular interest in osteopathic manipulative medicine, preventative care, adolescent health, and managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and cardiovascular health. To me, the most important concept in health is Vitality—it’s not just about how long you live but about living a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life that allows you to do the things that matter most.
