I’ve had the privilege of working at Entira for the past 10 years. I began my career as a nurse, gaining 11 years of experience before earning my Master of Science in Nursing degree. My focus is on providing comprehensive primary care to patients at every stage of life, with a special interest in adolescents, preventive care, and chronic disease management. I truly enjoy developing meaningful relationships with my patients and their families, and I’m passionate about educating them on how to take charge of their health.

I believe that the key to good healthcare is open communication. I always strive to listen carefully to my patients, working together to create a personalized health plan that aligns with their goals. It's incredibly fulfilling to watch my patients thrive as we collaborate on their care.

When I’m not at work, I love spending time outdoors. Whether it’s hiking, swimming, kayaking, skiing, or just being out on the lake, I enjoy staying active and appreciating nature. I also love spending time with my family and friends, and I’m known to compete in a few cooking contests now and then!

One of my favorite pieces of advice is: “Silence is okay, it allows people time to process information.” I find that taking the time to listen to my patients, especially when they’re having a tough day, is one of the best ways to help them feel supported.

If I weren't in healthcare, I’d probably be organizing homes or planning parties—anything that involves bringing order and joy! But, in the meantime, I’m thrilled to continue caring for my patients and helping them live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
