Hugo

As a family medicine provider, I am privileged to care for patients at every stage of life. I believe in building strong, long-term relationships with each patient so we can work together to treat the whole person, not just their symptoms. My approach is all about listening to your needs, educating you about your health, and creating a personalized care plan that aligns with your unique goals. Whether caring for a newborn, a teenager, an adult, or a senior, I take a holistic approach to health and wellness.

At Entira, our collaborative team is focused on providing the best care possible to our patients. I value the opportunity to work with a team that shares my commitment to patient-centered care.

Philosophy of Care:
I believe in taking the time to truly understand each patient's needs and treating them with compassion. Building relationships is critical in this field, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see families thrive and know I’ve contributed to their health journey. My philosophy is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where patients feel seen, heard, and supported.

Outside the Office:
On my days off, you can often find me outdoors, whether it’s hiking, cross-country skiing, biking, or taking a peaceful walk with my dog. I also love unwinding with a good book, enjoying a movie, or playing video games with friends. I value balance in life and make time to reconnect with what matters most.

Fun Facts:

  • Superpower Wish: Teleportation—no more travel time, just instant relaxation or family time!
  • If I weren’t a provider: I’d be an interior designer, turning spaces into comfortable, creative environments that foster well-being.
  • Comfort Food: A simple Tater Tot Hotdish, made with love, fresh onions, and the classics—ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, frozen peas, and, of course, Tater Tots.

Health Tips:

  • Stay Active: Move your body daily—whether it’s a walk, a workout, or stretching—consistency is key for maintaining health.
  • Vacation Prescription: If I could prescribe a vacation, it would be a quiet retreat in nature—a cozy cabin by a lake or a peaceful mountain escape.
