What our Staff Says

  • The best part of my practice is taking care of generations of the same family.  One of my favorite moments is walking into a delivery room to help welcome a new baby into the world and seeing so many familiar faces. I’ve supported Auntie through her deliveries, helped manage Grandma’s chronic conditions, and treated Dad for acute issues. This continuity of care is unique to family medicine—it allows me to truly get to know my patients and be a part of their lives in a meaningful way.

    – Dr. Tara Kelly
  • I feel valued. I feel very much a part of, not only my clinic, but of our organization. Being a small group of clinics with an administrative staff makes it very easy to get to know one another. I don’t feel lost within a large corporation. It’s easy to come to work every day and work alongside providers and coworkers that share my same work ethic. So many have been with us for years- even before Entira was Entira. That speaks volumes of my coworkers commitment to our mission, vision, and values.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with our newer employees. I want to help others to not only be acceptable but be exceptional at their work. Feeling proud of our work and seeing others succeed is so rewarding to me.

    – Lou Ann, Care Coordinator
    Highland Park Clinic
  • I have enjoyed working for Entira because it doesn’t feel like a corporate healthcare system where patients are treated more like the lines at the DMV. Our managers are hands on and care about us as people and not just as employees. The patients seem to appreciate us more than at the larger healthcare clinic systems as well. Many of my patients ask me about what is going on my life which makes doing this job more fulfilling especially since the patients I see in Dexascan are every two years. The patients remembering details for that long is a testament to them appreciating the care they receive at Entira. On a personal note the support I received from Entira when I battled covid and was out of work so long means the world to me and my family. I highly doubt that I would have been treated that way by a large company.

    – Mark, Dexa Scan Technician
