Meet one of the warm and welcoming faces of our Highland Park clinic, a dedicated team member who has been part of the Entira family for over 12 years. From front desk to medical records, she’s done it all – and her love for teamwork and patient care makes every visit feel personal. Known for her warm smile and seasonal pins, she helps create the welcoming, home-like atmosphere our patients cherish.
Q: What made you stay at Entira?
I’ve been here 12 years, and honestly, it’s the people and the variety that keep me here. I’ve been able to learn so much, from front office work to medical records, and no two days ever feel the same. But what really makes it special is the team. If someone needs a hand, everyone jumps in. We truly have each other’s backs, and that makes this place feel like home.
Q: What keeps team members here long-term?
For me, it’s that I genuinely enjoy coming to work. The hours are flexible, the job is steady, and being in the medical field means what we do really matters. On top of that, we have such a supportive, close-knit group. It feels less like a job and more like being part of something that makes a difference.
Q: How would you describe Entira and your clinic?
Entira feels like home, not just for us but for our patients too. We make time to get to know people, not just their health concerns but their stories and what’s important to them. No one feels like just a number here. It’s warm, it’s personal, and I think that makes all the difference.
Q: Tell us about the Highland Park community.
Highland Park is such a special community. We see families who have been coming here for generations, and they continue to trust us with their care. That kind of long-term connection means the world to us and is a huge part of why we love what we do.
Q: A few fun favorites?
- Fall drink: Hot apple cider
- Favorite dessert: Anything warm and cozy like pumpkin, peach, or apple treats
- Local spot: Yum! Kitchen and Bakery is always a go-to
Q: What would you like patients to know?
That they can absolutely trust us. Everyone here, from doctors to staff, truly cares about the people who walk through our doors. We want patients to feel safe, cared for, and confident they’re in good hands.
Fun fact: I love wearing seasonal pins to add a little extra cheer.
