Jordan Scheunamann PA-C
A Minnesota native through and through, Jordan grew up in Maple Grove, MN, where her love for the outdoors and strong sense of community took root. She spent her high school years rowing, with her favorite memories on the Mississippi River, where she learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and resilience—qualities she brings into her medical practice today.
Jordan completed her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience and Psychology at the University of Minnesota, then pursued her Physician Assistant degree at St. Catherine University. Early on, she knew she wanted to become a PA, fascinated by both the scientific complexity of the brain and the human side of medicine.
Her clinical training at Entira Family Clinics solidified her passion for private practice, where providers work collaboratively to put patients first without the limitations of a larger system. She saw firsthand how quick decision-making and close provider collaboration led to better patient outcomes—a philosophy she carries into her work.
Special Interests: Women’s Health & Gender-Affirming Care
Jordan has a deep commitment to women’s health, ensuring women feel heard, supported, and empowered in their healthcare decisions. She is passionate about helping patients navigate reproductive health, menopause, and overall well-being, always prioritizing education, advocacy, and autonomy. “Making sure women have autonomy over their body and choices is really important to me,” she says. She strives to be a listening ear and an advocate, especially for those who have felt unheard in their healthcare experiences.
She recognizes the need for safe, competent, and compassionate care for gender-nonconforming patients. She is committed to providing a welcoming, affirming space where individuals and families can navigate care without fear or misinformation. She believes it is her role as a provider to support patients in feeling well physically, mentally, and emotionally, and she sees the clinic as a safe space for those seeking gender-affirming care.
A True Minnesotan at Heart
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys Minnesota’s cabin culture, spending time at her family’s retreat in Cross Lake. She loves boating the white fish chain, skiing, tubing with her young siblings, and cherishing memories of fishing with her grandpa. When she’s not at the cabin, she’s passionate about yoga, savoring coffee shop mornings, thrift shopping, and hosting board game nights with friends. Her favorite season is fall, a time for reflection, cozy reading days, and watching the leaves change—a beautiful metaphor for growth and transformation. A firm believer in movement as medicine, she encourages patients to find joyful ways to stay active, making wellness a sustainable part of their lives.
We are excited for Jordan to bring her expertise, passion, and patient-centered approach to our Shoreview clinic. She looks forward to building meaningful relationships with patients and being an advocate for all individuals and families in our community.
