Life is a journey of constant change—a series of “new normals.” As a primary care provider, my goal is to help patients navigate these changes while maintaining their highest level of function. I believe in doing things for my patients, always with their best interest in mind, rather than doing things to them just for the sake of taking action. In a complex healthcare system, I aim to be a guide, ensuring that patients receive the care they need in a way that is clear, compassionate, and effective.

I specialize in FAA and DOT exams, vasectomies, and the treatment of opioid use disorder. Building long-term relationships with my patients and understanding their unique life circumstances is central to my approach. I want my patients to feel supported, informed, and confident in their care.

Outside of work, I enjoy sailing during the summer months and proudly own a share of the Green Bay Packers—13-time NFL Champions! I believe life is too long not to laugh, and too short not to enjoy the ride, so humor is always part of my day. Whether it’s swapping Dad jokes or enjoying pizza with endless topping options, I try to find joy in the small things.
