My Approach To Care
I am truly honored to have been named the Chief Medical Officer at Entira Family Clinics. I dedicate 50% of my time to my responsibilities as CMO, where I oversee the medical care of our patients and ensure we continue to provide high-quality, high-value care with exceptional patient satisfaction. The other half of my time is spent as a family medicine physician at our Vadnais Heights clinic, where I have proudly served patients for over 21 years.
Before becoming a physician, I worked for seven years as a medical assistant right here at Entira Family Clinics. That experience inspired me to pursue medical school and a career in family medicine. I enjoy the full spectrum of family medicine, including preventive health, pediatrics, women’s health, and nutrition science. My practice style is rooted in listening intently to my patients, building long-term relationships, and serving as their advisor and supporter as they make medical decisions.
It brings me great joy to help patients understand their medical conditions and overall health. I love when patients experience an "aha" moment—when something clicks and they feel empowered to take control of their health and that of their loved ones. Developing a strong connection with my patients allows me to understand them as individuals and appreciate how the non-medical aspects of their lives may impact their physical and mental well-being.
