As a primary care provider, my goal is to help each patient achieve their best quality of life through open, honest conversations. I believe in shared decision-making and creating care plans that are clear, realistic, and empowering. My areas of focus include chronic disease management, preventative care, women’s health, and same-day sick visits. I’m passionate about working closely with my team and patients to create achievable goals and celebrate health milestones—because health is success, and it deserves to be celebrated. When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me laughing with my two young kiddos and our German Shepherds, enjoying a two-mile walk before work or stretching after a long day. I love ice cream (who doesn’t?), singing “Since You’ve Been Gone” by Kelly Clarkson at full volume, and dreaming of teleportation as my superpower of choice—because let’s be honest, there just aren’t enough hours in the day, especially with little ones aged 2 years and 4 weeks! If I hadn’t gone into health care, I may have pursued something with math—maybe accounting—but I truly love the connections I make with patients. One of the biggest misconceptions about primary care is that we have all the answers right away. In reality, most things take time, patience, and multiple visits. But rest assured: we’re here for the journey. Fun fact: I never pass up a good tater tot hotdish, even the one on a stick at the State Fair. Favorite advice:
  • Move your body—even if it’s just for 10 minutes.
  • Stay hydrated.
  • Stress less; nothing is that serious.
  • And never underestimate the impact of talking about a hobby or finding small ways to improve your day.
Dream vacation: A trip to the West Coast with a stop at a national park—or Europe, especially Amsterdam. A great time, every time. SKOL! We can only dream.
