Vadnais Heights

Nicole Kwapick, PA-C I feel incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to practice in Family Medicine, where I can care for patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults. The diversity in family medicine is one of the aspects I enjoy most about my work—it allows me to build long-term relationships with patients and be a part of their health journey over the years. My goal as a physician assistant is to establish a trusted, professional relationship with each of my patients. I believe that the foundation of exceptional care is built on respect and open communication. I take pride in working with my patients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and needs, while also focusing on preventative care and promoting healthy lifestyle habits. Education is a cornerstone of my approach, and I strive to empower my patients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their health. I graduated from Butler University and am board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). I have a wide range of interests in family medicine, including pediatrics, women's health, sports medicine, orthopedics, and performing minor procedures. These areas allow me to connect with patients of all ages and backgrounds, and I enjoy the challenge of addressing a variety of health concerns. At Entira Family Clinics, what I find most fulfilling is the opportunity to see my patients regularly and watch them thrive. Developing a relationship with each person I care for is something I deeply value. The patients I get to work with inspire me every day to continue learning and growing as a provider. When I’m not working, I love to spend time outdoors with my family, whether it’s running, enjoying the sunshine, or heading to the cabin. I also have a passion for baking and find it’s a great way to unwind. My personal mantra is simple: Choose joy! Life can be complicated, but by focusing on positivity, we can better navigate whatever comes our way. Specialties:

Don’t wait for things to get easier, simpler, or better. Life will always be complicated. Learn to be happy right now.” Whether you’re here for a routine check-up, sports injury, or just need some advice on living a healthier lifestyle, I’m here to support you and help guide you on your health journey.
