Family Medicine, Sports Medicine

Woodbury, West St. Paul

I am grateful to care for patients at Entira and to be part of such a supportive and welcoming community. Family medicine gives me the opportunity to care for people through many stages of life, and one of the most meaningful parts of this work is the chance to build long term relationships, sometimes caring for multiple generations within the same family. That continuity allows for a deeper understanding of each person and more personalized care over time.

Being a provider is not only about medical knowledge. It is also about trust, communication, and showing up for people when they need support the most. I believe great care begins with listening and creating a space where patients feel respected, understood, and confident in their care.

My Approach to Care

My approach to patient care is centered on listening first. I take time to understand each patient’s goals, concerns, and lifestyle so we can create a plan that feels realistic and aligned. I focus on education, safety, and transparency so every patient feels informed, respected, and confident in their care.

I believe the best care comes from knowing not just the patient, but the person, the family, and the life behind them. Building trust and showing up consistently for patients is important to me.

Outside the Office

I enjoy slowing down and spending time outside with my family, especially when ice cream is involved. Staying active is also important to me, and I try to fit in a workout whenever I can, even if it is just 20 minutes during a busy day. If I were not practicing medicine, I would love to be a chef. There is something special about preparing meals for others and trying new recipes.

If I could prescribe a vacation, it would be Disney. It is a place that brings out the kid in everyone, no matter your age.
