We are currently seeking a Manager of Quality Clinical Practice to join our team. This is a Full-time, on-site role. This role is the back-up for all business office roles.
The expected annual pay range for this position will be from $90,000 to $120,000, plus core and optional employee benefits. Entira Family Clinics considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Quality Manager is responsible for leading quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives across our outpatient primary care practice. This role works closely with clinical and administrative teams to enhance the quality of care, promote preventive health, and improve patient outcomes. The manager supports a data-driven culture of continuous improvement in alignment with value-based care goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors clinical and service data trends, identifying variations in evidence-based medical practice and performance, and recommends opportunities for improvement.
- In collaboration with the CMO and COO designs quality activities and implements project plans that will elevate the organization’s quality measures and outcomes.
- Works with the leadership to develop quality performance visuals and set organizational goals for quality improvement.
- Provides consultation to department leaders, quality team and staff to support the timely implementation of effective quality improvement strategies, care guidelines, and protocols—using proven methods, tools, and techniques, while ensuring timely communication of updates or changes.
- Oversees preparation and reporting of data submissions and internal audits
- Make recommendations for quality measurements, reporting and tracking processes for the purpose of improving organizational performance.
- Assist with quality practice committees and works with provider committee chairs to ensure preparation of agenda, minutes and follow-up as assigned.
- Works with CMO and COO to oversee and promote the use of registry systems that support quality activities, measures and performance.
- Ensures completion of annual reports and/or other quality measures in a timely manner.
- Participates as a key representative for Entira Family Clinics with other outside organizations (hospitals, clinics, payers, etc.)
- Acts as a representative and spokesperson for the Quality Program and/or Entira Family Clinics when requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with quality improvement, population health, or practice transformation.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience, including managing and developing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of quality measurement such as MN Community Measurement (MNCM), NCQA, HEDIS, STARS and CMS quality payment programs (e.g., ACOs).
- Experience and/or certification in healthcare quality or patient safety (e.g., CPHQ, CPPS)
- Strong data management and analytical skills; proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs) such as Epic or eClinicalWorks, and experience using quality dashboards/tools.
- Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to lead change, engage stakeholders, and coach multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience or certification in continuous process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Public Health, Nursing, Healthcare Administration)
- Clinical licensure (e.g., RN, LPN, or allied health professional)
- Direct experience in primary care delivery, especially within independent or community-based practices.
- Working knowledge of primary care and population health tools, care management workflows, and integrating social determinants of health into clinical operations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Outpatient primary care setting.
- May involve periodic travel between clinic sites.
