We are currently seeking an Electronic Medical Record Scanner to join our team. This is a Full-time role with the possibility of working from home.
The expected annualized base pay range for this position will be from $18.00 to $25.00, plus core and optional employee benefits. Entira Family Clinics considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Process medical records in EMR system accurately according to procedures
- Ensure medical record phone calls are answered courteously and professionally
- Ensure pharmacy refill messages are processed accurately
- Complete requests for medical records in a timely manner
- Maintain strict confidentiality with patient information
- Participation with patient and family centered principles that are aligned with Health Care Home standards.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Good communication and accurate spelling skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Medical terminology preferred
- Detail oriented and ability to work independently
