I thrive on the strong relationships and teamwork that make our practice a welcoming space for both staff and patients. As a general family physician, my special interests include mental health, pregnancy care, addiction medicine, and adolescent health. I am passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality medical care grounded in evidence, while collaborating with my patients to achieve shared health goals.
I believe that health is more than just medicine—it’s about supporting individuals in setting and reaching goals for their overall wellness, helping them lead more fulfilling and happier lives. My approach extends beyond treating physical ailments, focusing on empowering patients to take charge of their well-being in all aspects of life.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me traveling, running, enjoying sci-fi and fantasy books or TV shows, playing board games with friends, or making new canine friends (because petting all the dogs is a must). Fueled by (too much) coffee, I also have a deep interest in environmental engineering and conservation. I’m always happiest when I can get outside, whether it’s for a quick hike or a National Parks road trip.
As a primary care physician, I see it as both a privilege and a responsibility to advocate for healthy communities. I am committed to supporting equitable policies that improve health where it begins: in the places where we live, learn, work, and play.
