My Approach to Care

Health is about more than medicine. I believe my role as a healthcare provider extends beyond diagnosing and treating physical conditions. I work alongside patients to help them set and reach goals for their overall wellness, including mental and emotional health. This approach allows patients to feel empowered and supported as they work toward happier and more fulfilling lives.

My personal mission is to provide high quality medical care that is grounded in evidence while working toward shared goals with each patient.

Outside the Office

On my days off, I enjoy staying active through running and other outdoor pursuits. I also love traveling, reading, and watching television shows, especially sci fi and fantasy. You can often find me playing board games with friends or petting every dog I meet.

Fun Facts

If I were not working in healthcare, I would likely be pursuing a career in environmental engineering or conservation. My go to self care routine during a busy workday involves perhaps a little too much coffee.

Health Tips

One health tip I truly swear by is getting outside whenever possible. Fresh air, movement, and time in nature can make a meaningful difference. If I could prescribe a vacation, it would be a road trip through the National Parks.
