Olson, Sarah, PA-C

Highland

As a primary care practitioner with 15 years of experience, my top priority is to provide high-quality, evidence-based care. I work closely with my patients and their families to educate, collaborate, and develop a personalized treatment plan that meets both medical and personal needs. Building strong relationships with patients is a crucial part of my practice, and it is one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.

I specialize in the integrated management of chronic diseases, preventive health, contraception management, mental health, and women's health. Using evidence-based practices, patient education, and shared decision-making, I strive to partner with each patient to find the best treatment plan that aligns with their goals and values.

Outside the Office

  • My favorite way to spend a day off is getting outside for a walk or a hike
  • On a busy day, my go to self care routine includes reading a good book, doing a guided meditation, and going to bed early to recharge
