We are currently seeking a Security/SharePoint Specialist to join our Technology team. This full-time role will be located in St. Paul, MN. The SharePoint Project Manager conducts risk assessments, identifies risk levels and possible solutions. The role must understand business security and compliance needs and propose process changes to be in compliance and contribute to strategy development. We are looking for someone to guide us through the implementation of SharePoint ensuring its optimal performance, security, and functionality. Additionally, this role involves implementing and maintaining knowledge management practices to enhance collaboration and information sharing across the organization. This role includes additional duties to support customers seeking information and support related to cybersecurity matters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: – Other duties may be assigned:

  • Information Security Risk Assessment
  • Conduct risk assessments of all systems.
  • Process, gather, organize, and document information about systems on which risk assessments are being conducted.
  • Assist in thorough documentation of risk decisions and actions.
  • Assist in research, gap analysis and data collection for metrics.
  • Information Security Communication Management
  • Communicate with staff and vendors system wide to ensure security procedures and policies are followed.
  • Develop collaborative partnerships within the IS department and across the organization.
  • Communicate promptly and clearly with stakeholders regarding basic security incidents, events, requests, and inquiries.
  • Engage in productive dialogue to achieve work goals and collaboration.
  • Information Security Policy and Procedure Document Set Development, Maintenance, Implementation, and Adherence.
  • Assist in managing policy documents in the corporate policy management system, including version/retention control and publishing approved documents to the corporate website.
  • Participate in communication of and education on policy documents as directed by senior staff.
  • Information Security Compliance.
  • Assist in security compliance activities to help determine if security controls are implemented appropriately in accordance with information security-related contractual and regulatory requirements (Meaningful Use, HIPAA, PCI).
  • Assist in communicating to and training stakeholders on contractual and regulatory control requirements and obligations.
  • Work with stakeholders to analyze, coordinate, and gather compliance evidence. Assist in effectively tracking and reporting on progress.
  • Develop and maintain documentation supporting compliance where necessary.
  • Under the direction of executive staff gather evidence in responding to audit inquiries regarding security controls to meet regulatory guidelines. Assist with applicable remediation activities where necessary.
  • Assist IT staff to install, configure, test, support and monitor new systems.
  • Create access controls for each application/Domain.
  • Provide implementation guidance and security configuration to the SharePoint Project.
  • SharePoint setup/configuration/governance and some site creation.
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in information security in healthcare, regulatory experience with PCI, HIPAA, ISO or similar preferred. SharePoint setup/configuration/governance/security and some site creation
